I hate trying to write stuff like this. You think I would be good at it as it’s a subject I know fairly well. But I’m not!

Anyway, incase I have never meet you or you don’t have a clue who I am. I go by the name Gerry Poltorak. Although most people in the Poker Affiliate Industry will know me better as GerryPolt, or the guy who owns PokerNewsBoy, or even the guy who is always tring to sell links.

Well now you know my name. What else do you want to know?

Where am I from?

I’m actually from Scotland but now live in N.Ireland, in a place called Omagh. Thats all thanks to meeting my girlfriend at Uni, when I lived in Edinburgh, and her dragging me back with her to her home town, Omagh.

What do I do?

Now, I’m a full time Poker Affiliate. Not very successful Poker Affiliate, but a Poker Affiliate all the same.

How did I get into Poker Affiliating?

By accident, like how I get into most things, and do most things. I was actually playing poker nearly full time, when I went bust. See I had great bankroll management, I was just shit at poker. But when I went bust I still wanted to play poker and searched for free poker money. When I found a site that gave me like $50 at a random site. But they would also give me live $1 for every player I signed up for a free bankroll. To cut a long story short, I build a shit free website that sent no players to that site, but did get me interested in Poker Affiliating.

Do I have any interesting fact?

I used to be the Britsh and Scottish under 16’s Karate Champion. Apart from that, my life has been pretty unsuccessful.
